Phoenix Rising Ventures is not a single business — it is the management and capital structure standing behind a group of operating companies and holdings that would otherwise never sit under one roof. We found and fully own a lowcountry real estate development and a Sarasota yacht charter and design house. We co-own, alongside Phoenix Global Management, a wound-care distribution and biologics group, a technical apparel brand built for competitive shooting sports, and a deterministic AI execution infrastructure company. And we founded and funded a Las Vegas-based heterogeneous compute pioneer — the one division in the portfolio Phoenix Rising Ventures principals hold equity in but do not operate. Each division keeps its own identity and operating leadership — Phoenix Rising Ventures provides the institutional backbone.

Our Story

Phoenix Rising Ventures began with two founders, not one — and a name that was never chosen lightly. Across more than forty years apiece in business, and over twenty years as partners, both have come to embrace the Phoenix not as a decoration but as a discipline: the belief that setbacks are not endings, that rebuilding stronger is not optional, and that the drive to rise again is inevitable on the way to real success.

Between them, the founding team carries more than fifty years of combined experience in financial services, forty years in medical and healthcare markets, thirty years in international real estate development, and sixty years in technology and innovative compute — a breadth that shows up directly in the businesses under this roof. Their governing standard is simple and uncompromising: the absolute best is just good enough.
