Phoenix Marine — Project Verado

The design and build arm behind One & Only's fleet ambitions: an in-development 66–68ft outboard-powered flybridge motoryacht, engineered in-house by a company Phoenix Rising Ventures founded and fully owns.

Project Verado is Phoenix Marine's flagship design program — a performance flybridge motoryacht built around five-outboard propulsion. The specifications below represent current design intent, not a delivered, certified product. As the program advances through engineering and prototyping, dimensions and performance figures will be refined.

Phase 1 propulsion is built around five Mercury Verado 600 outboards mounted across the transom — port outer, port inner, center, starboard inner, and starboard outer. The center engine carries the load on plane; the outer four provide the acceleration, redundancy, and low-speed maneuverability the design calls for.

A future phase explores replacing the five-outboard array with 5× V12 808 power for extended range and top-end speed.

A salon built for how people actually use a flybridge.

Early interior packaging emphasizes an open salon-to-cockpit flow, a forward-facing helm, and guest cabin proportions sized for extended coastal cruising rather than short day trips.

Lounge-first layout at the stern.

The aft deck is designed as a lounge-first zone rather than a pass-through space, with sunpad seating explored for both cruising and at-anchor use before any tooling decisions are finalized.

Proportion and storage, worked out early.

Guest cabin renders explore berth configuration, stowage, and natural light before construction tooling begins — the kind of detail that's far cheaper to solve on screen than on the water.

Provisional patent protection is planned.

Phoenix Marine intends to pursue provisional patent protection around elements of the hull form, transom design, and interior packaging developed for Project Verado. This is noted here as a credibility signal for the program's originality — not a substitute for formal legal disclosure.

Renders shown reflect design-stage work in progress. Specifications are subject to change as engineering, testing, and classification proceed. Project Verado has not yet entered production.
